Performance Marketing Head
Looking for a sharp, data-driven performance marketer who can own and scale our paid growth on Meta and Google.
- 3–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Strong with data, analytics, attribution & campaign optimization
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of CAC, ROAS and scaling
- Experience in fashion/apparel/D2C is preferred
- Comfortable owning budgets, testing current channels and driving measurable growth
