Job Title: Performance Marketer

Location: Mohali

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to drive scalable user growth for our fintech products. This role will own end-to-end performance marketing initiatives with a strong focus on app installs, user acquisition, ROI, and regulatory-compliant growth. The ideal candidate brings a data-driven mindset, fast execution, and hands-on experience in B2C fintech or regulated digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels including Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and affiliate networks

Drive app downloads, installs, and qualified user acquisition aligned with business goals

Track and optimize key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPI, and funnel conversion rates

Ensure quick turnaround (TAT) on campaign optimizations to improve performance and efficiency

Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments across creatives, audiences, and funnels

Analyze full-funnel user journeys from install to activation and transaction

Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports for leadership and internal stakeholders





Work closely with Product, Compliance, Design, and Content teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with fintech regulations and brand guidelines

Monitor competitor activity, platform changes, and fintech marketing trends

Maintain high standards of campaign QA and compliance before launch

Requirements:

5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for B2C fintech or financial services products

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Proven experience in scaling app installs and user acquisition through paid media

Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as CAC, CPI, LTV, ROAS, and funnel conversion rates

Experience working with MMPs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar)

Solid knowledge of paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta, and Apple Search Ads

Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions quickly

Robust communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
