We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who can build and execute data-driven digital campaigns and take ownership of measurable growth.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the B2C space, preferably within the entertainment, events, lifestyle or consumer industry, and understand how to convert digital audiences into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on ticket sales, lead generation, vendor registrations and audience acquisition.
- Plan, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.
- Build and optimise trackable digital campaigns with clear KPIs, attribution and ROI.
- Work on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) across landing pages, websites and campaign journeys.
- Develop compelling landing-page content, copy and calls-to-action that improve conversion.
- Use data analytics and audience segmentation to identify, target and retarget relevant audiences.
- Monitor and analyse daily campaign metrics, identify trends and take immediate corrective action.
- Work closely with the team on website strategy and optimisation, with hands-on experience of Wix being highly desirable.




- Understand the complete digital funnel — from audience discovery and paid acquisition to website visits, leads, ticket purchases and conversion.
- Track digital, consumer and industry trends and identify opportunities to implement relevant strategies for Sunday Soul Sante.
- Work closely with the creative and social media teams to ensure that campaigns are supported by solid, relevant and performance-driven content.
- Continuously test new audiences, creatives, messaging, platforms and campaign structures to improve results.

- What We’re Looking For

- 2–7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Prior experience in B2C, preferably events, entertainment, lifestyle, hospitality, retail or consumer brands.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics and other analytics/reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, attribution and conversion optimisation.
- Experience working with website platforms, preferably Wix, and understanding website strategy from a conversion perspective.
- Highly analytical, numbers-driven and comfortable working with daily performance data.
- At the same time, creatively inclined enough to understand content, copy, audiences and consumer behaviour.
- Someone who is proactive, curious, hands-on and constantly looking for ways to improve performance.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just run ads, but understands why people click, engage, register, buy tickets and convert — and can use data, creativity and experimentation to continuously improve those outcomes.
