We're Hiring | Performance Marketing Executive in Mumbai

Are you passionate about paid marketing, growth, and data-driven decision-making? We're looking for a talented Performance Marketing Executive to join our team!

Location: Mumbai

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

What You'll Do:

✔ Own and execute paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google & YouTube Ads

✔ Test audiences, targeting strategies, and ICPs to drive lower CAC and higher conversions

✔ Run structured A/B tests for creatives, messaging, hooks, offers, and formats

✔ Track and optimize the complete funnel — from Ad → Landing Page → Signup → Trial → Paid

✔ Build and optimize retargeting campaigns

✔ Monitor key performance metrics including CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and revenue





✔ Manage campaign budgets efficiently and scale high-performing campaigns

✔ Plan and document structured growth experiments with transparent hypotheses and learnings

✔ Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through Pixels, UTMs, and conversion events

✔ Collaborate with and constructively evaluate the performance of external marketing agencies
