We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team and drive measurable growth through data-driven paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads and conversions across multiple locations.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS and overall campaign performance.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns regularly.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for better ad performance.
- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights.
- Manage GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM and conversion tracking.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience in lead-generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical and optimization skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Education/EdTech experience is an advantage.
