Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads . The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, improving campaign performance, and achieving business growth through paid marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads & YouTube Ads campaigns.
- Manage lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversions .
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaigns.




- Optimize campaigns based on performance and business objectives.
- Track leads and conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking .
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and videos.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign ROI.

Qualification
