Role Description This is a full-time, in office Performance Marketer — Paid Ads & Influencer Marketing role based in the Greater Jaipur Area. The role involves planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other relevant networks to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

The Performance

Marketer will manage campaign budgets, monitor key performance metrics, run A/B tests, and prepare regular performance reports and insights. The role also includes identifying, onboarding, and managing influencer partners, coordinating content calendars, tracking influencer performance, and ensuring brand-aligned collaborations. Day-to-day responsibilities further include audience and market research,



refining targeting strategies, collaborating with creative and content teams on ad creatives and landing pages, and staying current with best practices in performance marketing and influencer marketing.

Qualifications

- Strong performance marketing skills, including paid social advertising, paid search, campaign optimization, and A/B testing.
- Experience with influencer marketing, including sourcing influencers, managing collaborations, and tracking campaign performance.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools, reporting, and using metrics to make optimization decisions.
- Ability to collaborate with creative and content teams on ad copy, visuals, and landing page concepts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Understanding of e-commerce or D2C marketing funnels, customer acquisition strategies, and retention-focused campaigns.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organization skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfort working on-site in the Greater Jaipur Area and partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in children’s brands, publishing, or consumer products is beneficial but not required.
