Role Description As a Performance Management Specialist at Re.Soch, you will design, implement, and refine performance management frameworks that align teams and campaigns with business objectives. In this full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, you will collaborate closely with leadership, account managers, and functional teams to set performance goals, define KPIs, and track progress across projects and brand engagements.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting performance appraisals, analyzing campaign and operational data, preparing performance reports,



and recommending corrective actions or optimization strategies. You will support program management by structuring review cadences, facilitating performance review meetings, and ensuring accountability against agreed targets and timelines. This role also involves working with finance and strategy stakeholders to connect performance outcomes to budget utilization, ROI, and revenue-led metrics, while building a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in performance management and performance appraisal processes, including goal-setting frameworks (OKRs, KPIs) and structured review cycles.
- Experience in program management, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders, and timelines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Foundational understanding of finance principles, especially as they relate to ROI, budget tracking, and revenue-led performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and influence decision-making.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Prior experience in performance marketing, creative, or brand-led environments is an advantage.
- Experience in Real Estate is mandatory and understanding the real estate industry.
