Noorly is hiring a full time Performance Ads Video Editor / Motion Designer who understands one thing clearly:
A Meta ad is not made just to look good. It is made to sell.
We’re looking for someone who can independently take a performance creative from idea → script → AI voiceover → edit → final ad, with a strong understanding of hooks, retention, product storytelling and conversion-focused editing.

? Work Mode: Remote
? Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month
? Monthly Performance Incentive: Additional 10%–50% of salary, based on the ROAS and ad-spend milestones achieved by creatives produced by you
? Employment: Full-time
What You’ll Be Responsible For • Create a minimum of 3 complete Meta ad creatives every working day
- Write performance-focused scripts, hooks, angles and ad concepts
- Generate and use AI voiceovers wherever required
- Handle the complete editing process independently — from raw footage/assets to final export
- Create UGC-style ads, product ads, motion-graphic ads, offer ads, problem-solution creatives and other performance formats
- Continuously create new variations of winning ads to improve scale and ROAS
- Study ad performance and understand why a creative worked or failed
- Work closely with the performance/creative team to develop new testing ideas
- Follow trends in D2C advertising, Meta creative formats, AI tools and competitor advertising
Who We’re Looking For ✅ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience creating performance ads for D2C / E-commerce / product-based brands
✅ Strong experience specifically with Meta/Facebook/Instagram sales campaigns
✅ Portfolio must demonstrate creatives built for sales and conversions, not only branding or cinematic editing
✅ Must be comfortable with scriptwriting + AI voiceover + editing + motion design
✅ Ability to work fast without compromising creative quality
✅ Strong ownership and ability to work independently
✅ We strongly prefer candidates who have worked long-term with brands/companies and demonstrated stability in previous roles. Frequent short-term job switches may negatively impact your application.
