Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure applications using Pega.
- Work on Pega Case Management, workflows, UI, and application configuration.
- Understand business requirements and support solution implementation.
- Perform application testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with senior developers and team members.
- Follow Pega development standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 0–1 years of experience in Pega Development.
- Valid Pega CSA, CSSA, or CLSA certification.
- Knowledge of Pega Case Management, workflows, UI, and application development.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in Pega technology.
- Preferred: Basic SQL/database knowledge, Agile/Scrum knowledge, and Pega project or internship experience.
