Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage payroll processing, including ESIC, PF, and other statutory compliances.

- Ensure accurate and timely salary payments through various modes.

- Coordinate with the HR team to resolve employee payroll queries.

- Maintain payroll records and provide regular reports to management.

- Resolve complex payroll issues using solid analytical skills.

- Work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements :

- 10-25 years of experience in a Payroll & Compliance role within the Hospital/Healthcare industry.

- Possess strong knowledge of ESIC, PF, and Provident Fund regulations.

- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills for resolving complex payroll issues.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.

- Experience managing payroll processing and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations is required.
