- Maintain and validate payroll data and employee records in the HRMS/payroll system.
- Conduct monthly payroll audits and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain payroll-related MIS and reports for the People and Finance teams.
- Support employees during the annual income tax declaration and proof submission process.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate payroll processes and reduce manual errors.
- Support payroll-related audits and provide necessary reports/documents as required.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a fast-paced/start-up environment.
- Strong understanding of Indian payroll processes and statutory compliances.
- Hands-on experience with PF, ESI, PT, TDS and payroll taxation.
- Experience working with an HRMS/payroll platform
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive employee data with high confidentiality and integrity.

Why Kapiva?

- Work in a fast-growing D2C health & wellness company.
- Opportunity to build and improve people processes as the organisation scales.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to the larger People & Finance function.
- A quick-paced environment where you can own, experiment and make an impact.

If numbers, processes and people are equally your thing, we’d love to hear from you.
