- Process payroll inputs received from clients
- Pre payroll , Post payroll activities.
- Handle payroll operations with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage client escalations and provide prompt resolutions
- Work on client emails and payroll data processing
- Handle customer/client calls as required
- Support MIS activities and operational tasks
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2-4 year of Payroll experience
- Experience in US Payroll / Canada Payroll.
- Robust verbal & written communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Customer-centric approach and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in night shifts
