About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced HR Payroll & Compliance Executive to manage payroll processing and statutory compliance across our Corporate Office, Retail Stores, and Manufacturing Unit.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in payroll operations, statutory compliance, and working with Salar Software.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly payroll processing for employees across Corporate Office, Retail Stores, and Manufacturing Unit.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary processing, including attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, and other payroll inputs.
- Maintain employee payroll records and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable labour compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payments.
- Maintain compliance records, registers, and documentation.




- Coordinate with internal departments regarding attendance, payroll inputs, and employee-related information.
- Handle payroll audits and support inspections, wherever required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
- Generate payroll and compliance-related reports as required by management.

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Payroll and Compliance.
- Hands-on experience in Salar Software is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances.
- Experience handling payroll for multiple locations, preferably including retail and manufacturing environments.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
