We are looking for a Payroll Associate to join our team and take ownership of monthly payroll processing, employee settlements, payroll queries, and related documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Prepare and provide accurate and timely monthly payroll inputs.
- Collect and validate payroll data such as attendance, leave, deductions, and other inputs.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure payroll inputs are received on time.
- Manage payroll-related queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate leave and attendance records.
- Review and maintain employee payroll documentation.
- Process and manage employee reimbursements such as medical, LTA, vehicle, etc.
- Maintain payroll-related compliance and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely salary payouts.
Full & Final Settlement
- Process Full & Final Settlements for resigned employees with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain monthly MIS for F&F; settlements and track their status.
- Handle settlement-related queries.
- Track employee recovery cases and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with Finance for accurate and timely settlement payouts.
- Ensure timely issuance of relieving letters and other required documents.
? What We're Looking For
✅ 2–3 years of relevant Payroll experience
✅ Strong knowledge of payroll processing and Full & Final Settlement
✅ Excellent MS Excel skills
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
✅ High attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Ability to manage confidential payroll information
✅ Strong coordination and follow-up skills
✅ Willingness to work Australian business hours / Morning Shift
