PNC Professional Noble Care Multispeciality Clinic, Jammu is looking for a professional, friendly and patient-focused Front Desk Executive / Patient Care Coordinator to manage reception and ensure smooth patient coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients professionally.
- Manage OPD registration, appointments and patient flow.
- Coordinate with doctors regarding schedules and consultations.
- Enter and update patient details, doctor consultations, prescriptions and recommended laboratory/radiology tests accurately in the clinic management system.
- Ensure doctor prescriptions and recommended investigations are properly recorded and communicated to the concerned department.
- Coordinate with Laboratory, Radiology and Pharmacy for patient requirements.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and patient queries.
- Manage billing, payments and patient records.
- Handle patient concerns politely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient data.
Requirements:
- 12th/Graduate with relevant healthcare experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic or diagnostic centre preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
- Valuable knowledge of English and Hindi; Punjabi/Urdu preferred.
- Good computer skills and ability to work confidently on clinic/hospital management software.
- Accurate and fast data-entry skills are essential.
- Pleasant personality, professional attitude and ability to work under pressure.
