- Position: Bus Captain / Travel Executive

- Salary for Freshers: ₹17,000/month + Incentives + Free Dinner + Bonuses

- Salary for Experienced Candidates: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month

- Travel with approximately 40 passengers on an AC smart bus during overnight journeys.

- Ensure passengers are comfortable throughout the journey and assist them with their queries.

- Manage spot bookings and ticket sales.

- Promote return journey tickets using promotional codes and earn incentives.

- Build a good rapport with passengers and provide qualified customer service.

- Collect passenger feedback, ratings, and reviews.





- Maintain accurate daily accounts and transaction records.

- Travel long distances overnight for approximately 12–14 hours round trip.

- Coordinate effectively with bus drivers and cleaning staff.

- Assist passengers with travel-related requirements and ensure a smooth journey.

- Work with the onboard facilities, including toilets, GPS, and internet access, to support passenger convenience.

- Clarify passenger doubts and provide necessary assistance.
