Customer Support Executive – Operations

- Coordinate with customers and address their queries, concerns, and service-related issues.

- Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Keep customers engaged and encourage regular usage of the company platform.

- Identify inactive customers and proactively follow up with them.

- Encourage inactive customers to return to the platform and use the app for their business.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.

- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

- Communicate with customers and understand their concerns.

- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the interaction.





Customer Engagement & Retention

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Keep customers engaged with the company platform.

- Identify inactive customers through regular monitoring and follow-ups.

- Encourage inactive customers to resume using the app for their business.

- Understand reasons for inactivity and provide suitable assistance.

Coordination & Follow-Up

- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer issues.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and engagement activities.

- Support customer retention and platform usage initiatives.
