We are looking for a fresher who will assist in managing and coordinating with our business partners. The role will involve regular communication with partners, understanding their concerns, coordinating internally, and ensuring their issues are resolved on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with existing business partners on a regular basis.
- Understand and document partner queries, concerns, and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to get partner issues resolved.
- Provide timely updates and follow up on pending issues.
- Maintain a partner-wise tracker for queries, issues, and resolutions.
- Assist partners with operational and process-related queries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with partners.
- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the concerned team/management.
- Support the team in improving overall partner experience.
Requirements

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
