Sonisvision Corporates LLP is looking for an experienced and committed Partner to build and lead its IPR & Corporate Law practice in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer who has strong experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Corporate Law and is looking to build a long-term legal practice with a growing corporate law firm.
Key Practice Areas The Partner will be expected to develop and handle matters relating to:
- Trademark Law – Trademark registration, prosecution, opposition, objection, infringement and enforcement
- Copyright Law – Registration, infringement, licensing and enforcement
- Patent Law – Patent filing, prosecution, advisory and enforcement
- IPR Advisory & Strategy
- Corporate Law – Corporate advisory, agreements, compliance and business structuring
- Commercial Contracts & Legal Documentation
- Legal Notices, Negotiations & Dispute Management
- Building and managing corporate client relationships
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and independently develop the IPR & Corporate Law practice in Ajmer
- Bring in and develop corporate and individual clients
- Lead client consultations and provide strategic legal advice
- Handle IPR and corporate matters from consultation to execution
- Develop long-term relationships with businesses,
startups and corporate clients
- Build a strong local professional network and referral ecosystem
- Contribute to the overall growth and expansion of Sonisvision Corporates LLP
- Work collaboratively with the firm's existing legal and business teams
Who Should Apply? We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong practical experience in Trademark, Copyright and/or Patent Law
- Good understanding of Corporate & Commercial Law
- Excellent drafting, research and client-handling skills
- A strong professional network or the ability to develop one
- An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build a practice
- Solid commitment, dedication and ownership towards the firm's growth
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the firm's existing team
