Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem. This type of work-work that changes the world-is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if youre ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.
Role Overview
We are looking for a agile and highly skilled Partner Readiness Architect to design the knowledge foundations that power Everpures global partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of partner enablement, knowledge architecture, instructional design, and AI. Rather than simply creating learning content, you will architect how partner knowledge is captured, structured, connected, and delivered across multiple experiences-including instructor-led training, digital learning, just-in-time guidance, and conversational learning agents.
As part of the Global Partner Enablement team, you will work closely with product management, product marketing, subject matter experts, instructional designers and partner field teams to transform complex product and solution knowledge into scalable, reusable, AI-ready learning assets.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, brings a systems-thinking mindset to learning design, and can balance technical depth with instructional simplicity. Success in this role means building knowledge once and enabling it to be consumed everywhere-by partners, instructors, search, recommendation engines, and conversational AI.

- Lead structured discovery sessions with SMEs from product management, product marketing, and field teams.
- Capture product, competitive, technical, sales, and field knowledge.
- Transform expert knowledge into reusable enablement assets that can power multiple delivery channels.
- Reduce duplicate content through modular knowledge design.
- Collaborate with instructional design teams to hand off clear blueprints and structured outlines for content development.
Quality and governance
- Ensure consistency, taxonomy alignment, and brand compliance across all partner readiness assets.
- Validate technical accuracy, instructional quality, and business alignment.
- Support governance for learning architecture, reusable assets, competencies, and content lifecycle management.
- Validate that learning outcomes tie directly to partner competencies, business priorities and program requirements.
AI innovation
- Leverage AI throughout the learning lifecycle.
- Use AI to accelerate knowledge capture, content analysis, curriculum design, assessment generation, localization and content maintenance.
- Design learning assets that can be consumed by conversational learning agents and future agentic AI experiences.
