We are looking for an experienced and practical UI/UX Design Trainer to help students develop industry-relevant design skills and understand the complete process of creating user-friendly digital products.

About the Role

We are seeking a Part time UI/UX Design Trainer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or a related field.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and engaging training covering UI/UX fundamentals, user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, usability, and industry-standard design tools.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with tools such as Figma and be able to explain design concepts through practical demonstrations, activities, and real-world projects.

The ability to communicate effectively in Telugu is mandatory, along with proficiency in English for professional and technical communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on UI/UX Design.
- Explain the fundamentals and principles of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design.
- Teach students about design thinking, user-centered design, and usability principles.
- Guide learners through user research, user personas, user journeys, and problem identification.
- Train students in creating information architecture,



user flows, and navigation structures.
- Teach wireframing and low-fidelity/high-fidelity design techniques.
- Provide hands-on training using Figma and other relevant UI/UX design tools.
- Guide students in creating responsive web and mobile application interfaces.
- Explain typography, color theory, spacing, grids, layouts, visual hierarchy, and design systems.
- Teach learners how to create interactive prototypes and demonstrate user interactions.
- Explain usability testing and methods for collecting and implementing user feedback.
- Guide students through practical UI/UX projects and case studies.
- Help learners understand the complete UI/UX design workflow from research to final prototype.
- Introduce industry best practices and current UI/UX trends.
- Provide practical assignments, design exercises, demonstrations, and project-based learning.
- Review student designs and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Assess learner participation, assignments, projects, and practical understanding.
- Deliver explanations and learner support in Telugu wherever required to ensure effective understanding.
- Keep training content updated with evolving design tools, methodologies, and industry practices.

Required Skills & Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.




- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
- Hands-on expertise in Figma and other relevant design/prototyping tools.
- Strong knowledge of user research and user-centered design.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, information architecture, and usability testing.
- Good understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
- Strong knowledge of visual design principles, including typography, color, layout, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Understanding of design systems and reusable UI components.
- Ability to create and explain practical UI/UX case studies and projects.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Ability to explain design concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
- Comfortable conducting hands-on and activity-based training.
- Ability to provide meaningful feedback and mentorship on student projects.
- Ability to communicate technical/design concepts in English and explain them clearly in Telugu when required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, IT, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, UX Designer, Design Trainer, Faculty, or Corporate Trainer.
- Experience working on real-world web, mobile, SaaS, or digital product design projects.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator will be an advantage.
- A strong UI/UX portfolio demonstrating real-world projects is preferred.
- Experience training students or professionals from Telugu-speaking backgrounds will be preferred.
