House of D’Anshé is a contemporary Indian fashion brand specialising in premium occasion wear, modern Indian silhouettes, and detailed craftsmanship.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial records of the business.

The accountant will be required to visit the store 3 days a week and handle regular accounting, reconciliations, records, and coordination with the management and external CA.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial entries.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile daily sales with billing and payment records.
- Reconcile bank, UPI, card, and cash transactions.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Track customer advances, pending payments, refunds, and adjustments.
- Maintain records of purchases, vendor payments, and business expenses.
- Handle accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
- Assist with GST-related accounting and documentation.
- Coordinate with the external CA / accounting team for GST, tax, and other financial requirements.
- Prepare regular sales, expense,



and accounting reports for management.
- Identify and report discrepancies in financial records.
- Ensure all accounting records and supporting documents are properly maintained and updated.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail, fashion, apparel, or a similar business.
- Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST and basic taxation.
- Experience with bank and payment reconciliation.
- Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of accounting responsibilities.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Good communication skills.

Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is accurate, responsible, organised, and dependable and can independently manage regular accounting work.

Experience with a fashion, apparel, retail, boutique, or premium lifestyle business will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
