Language: Tamil mandatory; Basic English & Hindi are an advantage

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day painting project activities at client sites.
- Coordinate painters and colour experts to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor surface preparation, putty, primer, and paint application quality.
- Verify site measurements and material requirements.
- Ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
- Coordinate with customers and site teams as required.
- Record daily work progress and submit reports to the Project Management Team.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Complete painting projects within the specified timeline while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Site Supervision:

- Monitor daily painting activities and ensure proper execution.
- Allocate work to painters and supervise manpower at the site.
- Ensure proper surface preparation and application procedures.
- Identify and resolve site-level issues promptly.

Quality Control

- Inspect putty, primer, and paint application for proper finish and coverage.




- Ensure painting work meets company quality standards.
- Minimize rework by maintaining proper workmanship and supervision.

Measurement & Material Management

- Conduct basic site measurements.
- Check material requirements and coordinate material availability.
- Monitor proper utilization of painting materials and prevent wastage.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with customers, site teams, painters, and project management.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Report daily progress, issues, and requirements to the Project Management Team.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure painters follow site safety procedures.
- Maintain safe working conditions at the project site.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in Painting, Construction, or Interior Works is preferred.
- Strong site supervision and manpower-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of measurement and material estimation.
- Ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively.
- Valuable customer-handling and communication skills.
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
- Basic English and Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
