Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Centre for Urban and Rural Development (CURD) is looking for a qualified Part time Doctor to provide medical supervision and healthcare services to patients at the West Godavari District De-Addiction Centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct medical assessments, diagnose and manage medical conditions associated with substance use, and prescribe medicines as appropriate.
- Monitor treatment progress and withdrawal symptoms and provide medical guidance during emergencies.
- Maintain medical records, coordinate with the Nurse, Counsellor, and treatment team, and refer patients to hospitals or specialists when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements





- MBBS with valid registration with the Medical Council/Medical Commission.
- Relevant experience in general medicine, addiction medicine, psychiatry, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo training arranged by MSJ&E;/NISD within three months of joining the DDAC.
