Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Padel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium padel facility and ensure an excellent experience for players and members.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily club and court operations, bookings, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with coaches, staff, vendors, and service providers.
- Oversee customer experience, memberships, and player enquiries.
- Organize tournaments, leagues, events, and social games.
- Monitor court utilization, revenue, and operational performance.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and facility upkeep.
- Support initiatives to grow memberships, engagement,



and the padel community.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sports, fitness, hospitality, or facility operations.
- Experience in padel or sports club management is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Customer-focused and proactive approach.
- Comfortable working flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for sports and padel.
