: Paid Ads Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

FMS Dental is looking for an experienced and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive patient acquisition across our dental clinics.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop performance marketing strategies for dental treatments and clinic locations.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and campaign planning.
- Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and overall ROI.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets across multiple campaigns and locations.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads,



and Meta Pixel.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the content, creative, SEO, and clinic teams to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Google, Meta, YouTube, and performance marketing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Ads, PPC, or Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in managing lead-generation campaigns, preferably for healthcare, dental, medical, or similar service-based businesses.
- Strong understanding of Search, Display, Video, Remarketing, and Social Media advertising.
- Excellent knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget optimization.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and analytics.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns, locations, and budgets simultaneously.
- Google Ads certification is an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a performance-focused digital marketer who understands how to convert advertising spend into quality leads and measurable business growth. Experience in healthcare/dental digital marketing will be highly preferred.
