- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and efficiency.




- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with SAP for Retail, Specialty Retail.
- Strong knowledge of configuration and integration processes within SAP environments.
- Ability to manage release cycles and ensure seamless deployment of software updates.
- Experience in setting platform standards to maintain system stability and performance.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
