Role Description This full-time, on-site Overseas Education Consultant role is based in Gurugram. The consultant will provide one-on-one counselling to students and families, helping them choose suitable countries, universities, and programs aligned with their academic background and career goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed profile assessments, explaining admission and visa requirements, guiding students through application and documentation processes, and offering scholarship and funding advice.

The role also involves coordinating with universities and partners, maintaining accurate records in internal systems,



and preparing students for interviews, visa appointments, and pre-departure orientations. The consultant will respond to inquiries, deliver high-quality customer service, participate in information sessions or events, and ensure that every student receives explicit, unbiased, and accurate guidance throughout their study abroad journey.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Educational Consulting, including student profiling, course selection, and study abroad guidance
- Knowledge of Education systems and admission processes for major international destinations
- Consulting skills to analyze student needs and recommend appropriate academic and career pathways
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for counselling sessions, presentations, and documentation
- Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships with students and families
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in overseas education consulting, student advising, or career counselling is highly desirable
- Ability to work with diverse backgrounds, handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools
- Up-to-date understanding of global education trends, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities
