Role Description The Outreach Intern is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This position focuses on supporting outreach initiatives across Mavilach Run Media Group’s brands by assisting in planning and executing community engagement activities, events, and campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research on potential partners and audiences, drafting outreach messages and basic content, and maintaining records of stakeholder interactions.

The intern will help manage communication channels, respond to inquiries, and provide courteous customer service to audiences and partners.



Collaboration with internal teams will be required to coordinate outreach schedules, gather feedback, and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer Service abilities to respond professionally, manage inquiries, and support positive audience experiences.
- Research skills to identify outreach opportunities, analyze audience segments, and gather relevant data.
- Community Outreach experience or interest, including organizing or supporting events, campaigns, or partnerships.
- Writing skills to draft emails, outreach materials, and basic content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a fast-paced media environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Spreadsheet and Excel Knowledge Is Must
- Min 1 year Internship Experience Needed
