Role Description The Owner role at The Brilliance Collective is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India, responsible for overall strategic direction, business growth, and stewardship of the brand and community. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and refining the collective’s vision, developing service offerings, overseeing client acquisition, and maintaining key relationships with partners, experts, and clients. The Owner will manage operational activities such as budgeting, resource allocation, and process improvement, while ensuring high-quality delivery of consultative and experiential services.

This role also involves cultivating the expert network, leading marketing and positioning efforts,



and fostering a team-oriented, inclusive environment that encourages innovative thinking and “Think Unlike” solutions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business leadership, entrepreneurship, or running a consultancy or agency.

- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to define vision, set goals, and align teams and resources.

- Proven ability in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development.

- Experience in brand-building, marketing, or communications, with an emphasis on positioning unconventional or expert-driven services.

- Operational management skills, including budgeting, planning, performance tracking, and process optimization.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to represent the collective in external forums and negotiations.

- Comfort working with diverse experts (mentors, coaches, practitioners, creators) and facilitating collaborative, inclusive environments.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or equivalent experience are an advantage.

- Prior experience in consulting, professional services networks, or knowledge-based communities is highly beneficial.
