Role Description The Outreach Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position focuses on building and maintaining relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders across the media, marketing, and architecture domains. Daily responsibilities include identifying outreach opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to develop tailored pitches and proposals, and conducting follow-ups to ensure successful collaborations and campaigns.

The role involves managing communication channels (email, phone, social platforms),



maintaining organized records of outreach activities, and supporting events, promotions, and brand initiatives.

Executive will also track outreach performance, prepare reports, and contribute ideas to expand the group’s reach and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and audiences.
- Experience in client relations, partnership development, or business development, preferably within media, or related industries.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and reporting activities efficiently.
- Basic understanding of digital media, marketing concepts, and social platforms to support outreach strategies and brand positioning.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or contact management tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving setting.
- Prior experience in outreach, event coordination, or community engagement is beneficial; exposure to international audiences is a plus.
