Role Description This is a full time remote role at WOTO Safety. The role involves contributing to the development and enhancement of WOTO’s safety ecosystem, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve features, user experience, and reliability.

Responsibilities may include gathering user feedback, supporting product testing, documenting processes, and assisting in the rollout of new safety functionalities. The position also requires clear communication with internal stakeholders,



timely reporting on progress and issues, and adherence to privacy and data protection standards. The successful candidate will help ensure WOTO’s solutions remain intuitive, effective, and responsive to user needs.

Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively in a remote, full-time environment, managing time and priorities independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with product, engineering, and support teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, especially in documentation, testing, and user feedback analysis.
- Comfort with technology and mobile applications, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
- Understanding of or interest in safety, emergency response, or related fields is beneficial.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a user-centric mindset when approaching tasks and challenges.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Relevant education or professional experience in technology, operations, support, or product-related roles is preferred.
