About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive OTA Operations Executive to support the day-to-day management of our hotel distribution channels.

In this role, you will work closely with OTA partners and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate hotel content, seamless inventory and rate management, timely campaign execution, and efficient issue resolution. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update hotel content, rates, promotions, and inventory across OTA extranets.
- Ensure rate parity and timely execution of campaigns and offers on OTA platforms.




- Coordinate with internal teams and OTA partners to resolve operational issues and support new hotel onboarding.
- Track OTA performance, maintain daily reporting, and update operational trackers.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to closure.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Ownership mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
