Qualification

· Master of Hospital Administration (MHA), B.Sc. in Nursing, or Bachelor’s in Healthcare Management.

· Desired Hospital Quality Management certifications (e.g., NABH certification, Lean Six Sigma in Healthcare, or equivalent national accreditation training)

Experience

· A minimum 7 years of clinical operation theatre experience.

Safety Protocols

· WHO Surgical Safety Checklist: Auditing and enforcing the "Time Out" and surgical counts protocol before any skin incision.

· Air Quality Standards: Monitoring OT laminar airflow, HEPA filter efficiency, and positive pressure levels to prevent surgical site infections.
