We are seeking an Order Management Analyst to support order processing in a Configure-to-Order (CTO) workplace. The role involves order validation, issue resolution, compliance adherence, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process, validate, and troubleshoot sales orders.
2. Manage order backlog and ensure timely fulfillment.
3. Resolve order issues by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
4. Ensure compliance with booking, revenue recognition, SOX, and company policies.
5. Work with Oracle ERP, CRM, and Siebel systems.
6. Support process improvements, system testing, and documentation updates.
7. Provide guidance and training to team members and field administrators.

Bachelor's degree required
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Order Management
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with transactional data.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
