Role Description The Order Processor at EkaStore will handle daily order preparation, including verifying order details, picking items from inventory, and ensuring accurate packaging and labeling. The role involves coordinating with the warehouse team for efficient material handling, maintaining organized stock areas, and updating order status in internal systems.

The Order

Processor will check orders for accuracy, address basic order-related queries,



and support timely dispatch and delivery processes. This is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring consistent presence during operational hours.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Order Processing and Order Picking, with attention to detail for each order handled.
- Experience in Preparation and Material Handling within a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
- Demonstrated High Level of Accuracy in data entry, labeling, and inventory checks.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with order management or inventory software.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple orders efficiently.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, India, and collaborate effectively with warehouse and operations teams.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or logistics is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in supply chain or logistics is beneficial.
