Role : Senior Transition - Transformation Manager :

Demonstrates experience in successfully executing global Information Technology transition - transformation projects.

Should have had experience in transitioning projects from India for Multinational customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Develop integrated project plans, implementation schedules and cost estimates for projects.
- Develop - finalize the transition plan with the internal - customer teams.
- Accountable for the successful completion of project team deliverables on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Identify and secure resources necessary to execute the Transition - transformation Plan.
- Manage transition planning, knowledge transfer, technology deployment, service readiness, people transfer, delivery operations setup, service management aspects of project.
- Communicate progress - status of transition to leadership and business units and all stakeholders.
- Develop contingency and risk mitigation plans for transition.
- Develop early termination - back-out strategies.
- Manage customer steering committee, project committee, meetings, track financials, provide status updates, identify risks - issues, work out mitigation plans - remediation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with the internal business stakeholders what all changes in processes will be.
- Deploys and refines a standardized transition methodology to be used consistently across initiatives.
- Develop transition plans, approach, RFP - RFI responses, transition cost estimates.
- Continually work to move projects to a successful completion in line with the agreed timescales, at desired quality and within budget.
- Coordinate all project related activities, ensure optimum utilization of resources and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
- Work towards continual improvement by implementing corrective action plans based on performance analysis, lessons learned, project archives etc.




- Provide weekly - regular project updates to the internal stakeholders.
- Adherence to the organizational - operational process, policies - procedures and ensuring that there is zero non - conformance.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned to you by your superior and - or management from time to time.
- Maintain and organize project documentation throughout the Project - transition life-cycle.

Required Experience :

- Bachelors Degree in Engg or a related discipline.
- 8 plus years relevant PM - Transition management work experience.
- Minimum of 12 years IT management experience.
- Ideal candidates should be PMP or Agile PMP certified.
- ITIL certified is added advantage.
- Experience - deep knowledge of all technologies such as service desk, end user computing (workplace services), data center services, network and security services, Cloud Services, messaging and collaboration (IPT - Contact Center).
- Robust project planning, execution, monitoring, tracking and reporting experience.
- Previous people and Transition management experience required.
- Previous contract or outsourcing management experience required.
- Previous data center migration - transition experience desirable.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

- Executive presence.
- Strong project management capability with deadline focus.
- Deep service management process knowledge.
- Knowledge - experience in technology - network - tools setup.
- Knowledge of business environment, requirements and corporate culture.
- Knowledge of business processes that will touch Supplier.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in managing multiple large scale projects.
- Demonstrated success at leading high performing project teams and working as part of a matrix organization.
- Exceptional problem solving capabilities and use of judgment.
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed work environment - self starter.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- Functional knowledge of technical areas is a plus.

Travel Requirements :

Moderate travel, to the client site may be required.
