We are looking for an experienced Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) Consultant / Lead with 12+ years of experience in Oracle EPM, with strong expertise in designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting FCCS solutions.

Oracle FCCS provides cloud-based consolidation and close capabilities including consolidation, eliminations, currency translation, automated cash flow, journals, workflow, reporting, and task management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and support projects.
- Design FCCS application architecture, dimensions, hierarchies, metadata, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Configure consolidation, eliminations, currency translation, intercompany, ownership management, and close processes.
- Configure and maintain FCCS dimensions including Entity, Account, Scenario, Currency, Consolidation, Intercompany, Movement, Data Source, Year, and Period.
- Develop and maintain business rules, configurable calculations, consolidation rules, and Groovy rules where applicable.
- Work on Data Management / Data Integration for loading data from ERP and other source systems into FCCS.
- Develop data mappings, import formats, integration jobs, and reconciliation processes.
- Work extensively with Oracle Smart View for analysis, data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Design and maintain FCCS forms, dashboards, reports, Task Manager workflows,



and journals.
- Configure Supplemental Data Management and Enterprise Journals where required.
- Handle complex intercompany eliminations, FX calculations, ownership structures, and consolidation adjustments.
- Perform application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Mentor junior FCCS consultants and provide technical leadership to the project team.
- Collaborate with Finance, FP&A;, accounting, ERP, integration, and business stakeholders.

- 12+ years of overall IT / EPM experience
- Solid hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS / Oracle Cloud EPM
- Experience in 2+ end-to-end FCCS implementations
