We have an exciting opportunity for an Oracle EPM Consultant - Lead with our organization.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Consultant with strong expertise in EPBCS, EPCM, FCCS, and NRCS, which are mandatory skills for this role. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Oracle Cloud EPM implementations, support, and enhancements across financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability management, consolidation, and narrative reporting processes.

Oracle EPM Consultant (EPBCS | EPCM | FCCS | NRCS)

Senior Developer: 4 to 8 Years

Lead / Manager: 8 to 12 Years

Location: Pune | Hyderabad | Mumbai | Gurgaon The consultant will collaborate with Finance, Business, and Technology teams to design, implement, optimize, and support Oracle EPM Cloud solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise financial and reporting requirements.

MANDATORY SKILLS

Candidates must have hands-on experience in all the following Oracle EPM modules:

EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)

EPCM (Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management)

FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service)

NRCS (Narrative Reporting Cloud Service)

Additional experience in the following modules will be an advantage:

ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)

Cash Forecasting

Tax Reporting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement and support Oracle EPM Cloud solutions with a primary focus on EPBCS, EPCM, FCCS, and NRCS.

Deliver end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Design and develop Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Allocation, Profitability, Consolidation,



and Narrative Reporting solutions.

Develop and maintain business rules using Calculation Manager, Calc Scripts, and Groovy Scripting.

Build and enhance data forms, dashboards, reports, and financial workflows.

Configure metadata, dimensions, security, and business processes within Oracle EPM Cloud.

Develop and support integrations using Data Management, Data Integration, EPM Automate, EPM Integration Agent, and Smart View.

Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions.

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end planning and consolidation processes.

Perform application maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Prepare technical documentation, solution architecture, configuration documents, and operational runbooks.

Conduct system testing, UAT support, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Senior Developer

4 to 8 years of Oracle EPM experience.

Minimum 2+ years of Oracle Cloud EPM experience.

Hands-on experience with EPBCS, EPCM, FCCS, and NRCS.

Experience delivering at least 2 Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.

Lead / Manager

8 to 12 years of Oracle EPM experience.





Minimum 3+ years of Oracle Cloud EPM experience.

Hands-on expertise in EPBCS, EPCM, FCCS, and NRCS.

Experience leading at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations, from requirement gathering through production support.

Ability to lead solution design discussions and mentor team members.
