Lead and contribute to Oracle Benefits Cloud implementations including requirement gathering| solution design| configuration| testing| and go-live support.Configure benefit programs| plans| plan types| eligibility profiles| life events| rates| and coverage options.Manage open enrollment and life event processing.Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design and optimize benefits offerings.Ensure proper integration with Core HR| Payroll| Compensation| and Absence modules.Support data migration| HDL loads| and advantages extracts/reporting.Perform SIT| UAT testing| and resolve defects.Provide post-production support| enhancements| and issue resolution.Ensure compliance with applicable benefits policies and regulations.
