Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Optometry (B.Optom/D.Optom)
- Maximum 3+ years of experience as a Store Optometrist
- Solid knowledge of eye testing, refraction, and vision assessment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to recommend suitable eyewear based on customer needs
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments
- Provide accurate prescriptions and recommend appropriate eyewear
- Educate customers on eye care and lens options
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the consultation
- Work closely with the retail team to achieve store objectives
- Maintain clinical standards and ensure compliance with company protocols
