Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced US OPT Recruiter to identify, source, screen, and engage qualified OPT/CPT candidates for IT and non-IT job opportunities across the United States. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with US recruitment and a strong understanding of OPT/CPT candidates and the US hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit candidates on OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, EAD, and other US work authorizations.
- Identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, and other recruiting platforms.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, interview processes, and requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of OPT/CPT and other qualified candidates.
- Coordinate candidate submissions and interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
- Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer and onboarding processes when required.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates, consultants, and clients.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably OPT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of OPT,



CPT, STEM OPT, EAD, H-1B, and US work authorization categories.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and US job boards.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work according to US time zones when required.

Preferred
- Experience recruiting for IT roles such as Software Developers, Data Engineers, Salesforce, Cloud, QA, DevOps, and related positions.
- Existing network of OPT/CPT candidates.
- Experience working with staffing companies or IT consulting firms.
- Familiarity with US staffing and recruitment practices.

- Generate quality candidate submissions based on open positions.
- Maintain robust candidate engagement and follow-up.
- Meet assigned sourcing, submission, and placement targets.

Pay: ₹10,280.93 - ₹42,090.97 per month
