We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience recruiting candidates with Green Card (GC), US Citizen and H4/EAD work authorization.

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Experience: 1-10 Years

Employment Type: Full time

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and identify qualified OPT, Green Card (GC), US Citizen & H4/EAD candidates.
- Market candidate profiles to implementation partners and direct clients.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to promote candidate profiles and secure interview opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active candidates.




- Follow up with vendors, clients, and candidates throughout the submission and placement process.
- Maintain daily marketing activities, submission reports, interview schedules, and placement updates.
- Achieve submission, interview, and placement targets.
