Common Eligibility

- 1 to 3 years of experience in any of the following skills / activities.
- Qualification ITI / Diploma / SSLC / HSC (Pass or Fail).

1. Driller Operate drilling machines to create exact holes in metal components as per engineering drawings. Ensure dimensional accuracy, quality standards, and safe machine operation.

2. Fitter (Heavy Fabrication)

Assemble, fit, and align fabricated metal structures and components according to specifications. Read technical drawings and perform fitting activities to achieve required quality standards.

3. Gas Cutter

Perform gas cutting operations on metal plates and structural components based on work instructions and drawing requirements. Maintain cutting quality and safe handling of equipment.

4. Grinder (Angle Grinding)

Operate angle grinding tools to remove excess material, smooth surfaces, and prepare fabricated components for welding, painting, or assembly while maintaining quality standards.

5. Heavy Welder (MIG Welding Process)

Carry out MIG welding on heavy fabrication structures and components as per welding procedures and drawing specifications. Ensure strong weld quality and adherence to safety norms.

6. Material Preparator

Prepare, mark, and organize raw materials and fabricated parts for production processes. Ensure materials are available as per production schedules and quality requirements.

7. Painter





Apply protective and decorative coatings on fabricated components using approved painting methods. Ensure proper surface preparation, paint quality, and compliance with safety standards.

8. Shot Blasting Operator

Operate shot blasting equipment to clean and prepare metal surfaces before painting or further processing. Monitor blasting quality and maintain equipment in good working condition.

9. Conventional Lathe Operator:

Operate conventional lathe machines for turning, facing, drilling, and threading operations as per engineering drawings. Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments and maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards.

10. CNC & VMC Machine Operator:

Operate CNC and VMC machines to manufacture components as per engineering drawings and process specifications. Perform machine setup, tool offsetting, and basic program loading, while ensuring dimensional accuracy through inspections using measuring instruments. Maintain machine performance, follow safety standards, and support preventive maintenance activities.

11. Coil & Winding Operator: Perform coil winding operations for motors & generators as per specifications using winding machines and tools. Ensure coil quality, dimensional accuracy, and adherence to safety and production standards.
