Role Overview & Work Dynamic

We are seeking an independent, detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern / Creative Contributor to design key visual assets for our flagship digital presence (octmi.com), including homepage hero banners, typography layouts, and brand graphics.

- Work Setup: 100% Remote / Flexible Project-Based.
- Compensation: Unpaid / Contribution-Based.
- Work Style: Independent & Self-Driven. This is a hands-off, result-oriented role. You will receive project briefs and brand assets directly, but there is no hand-holding or micro-guidance—we expect you to execute and deliver production-ready files.
- Strict Human-Design Policy: We value authentic craft, effort, and original visual thinking. We have a strict No-AI policy for core creative design work; all banners, vector assets, and layouts must be designed from scratch by you.

Key Responsibilities





- Design high-resolution homepage hero banners and up-to-date web graphics for the official OCTMI platform.
- Translate brand guidelines into clean, cohesive visual assets, vectors, and UI graphics.
- Maintain design consistency across typography, color palettes, and dark-mode compositions.
- Deliver organized, production-ready design files and assets.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Proven skill in graphic design, logo design, visual branding, and layout composition.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or Figma.
- Ability to work completely independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong aesthetic sense for modern, cyber/tech branding.
- A portfolio showcasing original, non-AI-generated design work.
