- Coordinate with Audit team

- Manage Concurrent Audit

- Perform GL Reconciliation

- UE Reporting

- Coordinate with IAD audit and coordinate with RPC’s for closure of audit observations

- Should have knowledge of KYC documents and regulations

- Identification and Implementation of the Quality Checks to be done on the new processes released of Retail Liability Operations

- Performing quality control checks as per the defined parameter

- Performing regulatory activities , tracking and reporting the same within defined timelines

- Identifying controls for system validations

- Liaising with Departments like Compliance/Product/ Process as and when required

- Monitoring accounts opened for Financial Inclusiona – BSBDA

- Handling of Regulatory Reporting

- Review of Process and Product notes

- Handling query desk for queries raised by Branch/ RPC’s

Skills Required

- Good communication skills

- Interacting with various stake holders

- Should have valuable knowledge on Excel, Word, PPT

- Knowledge of building queries for extracting data from reporting systems

- Eye for details

- Knowledge of KYC guidelines
