Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to manage and execute on-ground activation, experiential marketing, retail branding, exhibitions, and branding solutions. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, vendor management, client coordination, budgets, timelines, and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of on-ground activation, experiential marketing, and branding solutions.
- Source, coordinate, and manage vendors for branding, events, and OOH campaigns.
- Execute retail branding, activation, and exhibition campaigns effectively.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of branding elements, media, and activation processes.
- Manage project budgets from initiation through final delivery.
- Ensure excellent client service and quality delivery across branding, activation, and exhibition projects.
- Handle the complete development, production, and delivery of projects from proposal to execution.
- Prepare, communicate, and maintain project timelines and priorities.
- Allocate work to vendors and coordinate with cross-functional teams.




- Monitor project execution to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Negotiate effectively with vendors and service providers.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Graduation.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations, branding, activation, events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing.

The candidate must be comfortable with travelling and managing on-ground branding and activation projects. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
