Role PurposeOwn complete outlet performance, people, service, food safety, customer experience and operational controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure opening, peak-hour and closing readiness.
- Plan manpower, shifts, station deployment and break coverage.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and daily operational reviews.
- Monitor sales, average bill value, labour productivity, wastage, stock variance and complaints.
- Ensure NFC SOPs, service, grooming, hygiene and food-safety standards.
- Coach managers and crew; identify training and performance gaps.
- Coordinate stock, receiving, storage, expiry and replenishment with Store Manager.
- Ensure authorized cash/POS, discount, refund and closing controls.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and service recovery.
- Coordinate maintenance, pest control, security and vendor issues.
- Review checklists, handovers and daily reports.




- Support recruitment, induction, training, appraisal, discipline and retention.
- Coordinate the Food Safety Supervisor function as applicable.

Eligibility & Experience

Graduate preferred; Hotel Management/Hospitality/Business Administration preferred. Typically 3–6+ years QSR/restaurant/hotel/retail experience with supervisory or managerial exposure.
