Role Description We’re Hiring: Operations Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and take charge of day to day operations in our forging and engineering business, including forgings, flanges and related components.

The role will involve managing production, planning, manpower, quality, dispatches and coordination between different teams. We’re looking for someone who understands the shop floor, knows how manufacturing actually works, and can take ownership of getting things done efficiently and on time.





What we’re looking for:

- Experience in forging, flanges, heavy engineering or similar manufacturing industries
- Good understanding of production planning and plant operations
- Ability to manage people and coordinate across departments
- Robust focus on quality, timelines and productivity
- Someone who can take responsibility and solve problems rather than just escalate them

Location: Vasai
